Student Services
SAP – Satisfactory Attendance and Grades are important both from a learning standpoint and as a requirement of the program of study. Certain programs require 100% attendance; others require a minimum passing grade of 75%. For more information, please consult the current catalog and Student Handbook. SAP information is maintained by the Registrar’s Office
LOA – Leave of Absences are allowed for verified medical reasons. There are limits to the number, and length, of LOAs. For more information, please consult the current catalog.
Transcript – Transcript Requests are handled by the Registrar’s Office. Unofficial transcripts are provided free of charge and are adequate for most occasions. Official transcripts have a fee. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for more information.
Grading – Grading is completed by your instructor and submitted to the Registrar’s Office at the end of the course. Current GPA and attendance records are maintained by the Registrar’s Office.
Enrollment Verification – Enrollment Verification is completed by the Registrar’s Office.

Voter Registration Information
Recent changes in the Higher Education Act require colleges and universities to make voter registration information available to all enrolled students. Any CNEI student not currently registered to vote may obtain more information, as well as appropriate materials and forms, from the Registrar. Additionally, Voter Registration forms are available online through the California Secretary of State’s website.
