Program Overview

Our CHHA program is a 40-hour, one-week add-on course designed for certified nursing assistants seeking to advance into home-based caregiving roles. Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to support elderly and disabled clients safely, compassionately, and effectively in their homes or assisted living settings.

Program Description

Our CHHA course is a one-week, 40-hour training program offered as an add-on to the CNA certification. Students complete 20 hours of classroom instruction and 20 hours of supervised clinical experience in assisted living facilities, long-term care environments, or approved home-health agencies. After demonstrating all required skills, students receive a Certified Home Health Aide Certificate.

Financial Aid for CHHA Students

This course does not qualify for federal financial aid; however, CNEI offers flexible payment plan options to help make the program accessible for motivated students.
