Our ADAC program introduces students to the foundations of addiction counseling through structured coursework and guided field experience. We focus on practical training so students understand how counseling works in real treatment environments. The program runs under nine months preparing graduates to enter the field the process of obtaining CADC-I certification.
Program Objective
Throughout this program, we cover the core responsibilities used in addiction and dependency counseling, including screening, assessment, treatment planning, group work, and counseling ethics. Students practice these skills under supervision, which helps them understand how to support individuals dealing with behavioral challenges in a clinical setting.
